I had some smoked pulled pork. Wanted to do a Hawaiian spin with it. Threw it in a wok with hoisin and oyster sauce and ginger, garlic. Once it carmelizrd I threw in peppers, onions, scallions and pineapple. Served over fried cauliflower rice. It was tasty

Campbell's Chunky Italian Wedding Soup was planned, but it was gross. Like, really off. Ate about a third of it and then put the rest down the garbage disposal and went with a bowl of cereal instead.
Thought perhaps it was old, but the expiration date wasn't until next October. ****. Hope I don't get sick from that crap. In the future I'll stick with Progresso. |

grilled barramundi, salmon, calamari, tom yung goon soup, seafood chowder, garden salad, coleslaw, egg salad, fried eggplant, prawns, deviled eggs, cheese/cracker tray, cheesecake, cheesecake with passionfruit, apple pie, triple chocolate scones, and beers. lots and lots of beers

Doing up a 4 pack of lobster tails tomorrow, first time trying my hand at them, have always tried them at restaurants
Anyone have any good tips for cooking them from frozen? Thaw, dont thaw? Soak in cold salt water before cooking? Boil or broil? |
