Tonight I made a simple sandwich of Boar's Head pastrami and imported swiss on a large crispy baguette with dijon mustard toasted in the toaster oven and a large glass of Simply Lemonade.

Another rainy day here in northern VA. 14 of the last 17 days have had rain and a few more days ahead.

Gold Label Switzerland Swiss? I bought a pound of that today myself, along with some Boar's Head Blackened Turkey. Good combo.

It was just Giant supermarket's own brand but it is actually really good and creamy tasting, almost like a baby swiss and it melts great.
