I just don’t understand the unwillingness to switch to someone else when the reliever clearly doesn’t have it that day.

damn l don’t have an issue with bringing in Lyons, the issue for me is how in the **** do you let someone who obviously doesn’t have it that day continue to face batters as you lead goes away?

Especially since you have Hicks ready to go. He’s been lights out.

Matheny has the 6th most managerial experience in baseball now. He’s still making the same mistakes he made as a rookie. It’s so frustrating to watch.

I’d imagine Flaherty will be back for the start when needed. Off day on Monday so they may skip a start too.
