Absolutely zero chance that the Chiefs trade Smith IMO, no matter how desperate the Dolphins are.

This is a championship caliber roster minus the QB, Bray clearly seems not good enough and Mahomes is clearly not starting to begin the season.

The only possibility maybe would be if Mahomes shows to be lights out in the preseason and it is unlikely as we know and by then the Dolphins might already have found their solution.

Alex Smith was the best QB out there today, he was throwing deep regularly and was mostly accurate. The pick by Peters was a great play by Marcus. The second pick was a dumb throw.

Mahomes has the most talent and it's easy to see, but the pick he threw was a stupid throw even he should know better than to throw when he's fighting for the2 spot. He threw one cross field to the opposing sideline that was right on the money and got threes in a blink. Exciting. His mechanics are vastly improved.

Jones is gonna sneak on the roster. He might even steal a starting spot if he. Ontinyes towork his ass off and Conley keeps dropping balls.

Bennie Logan is gonna be an upgrade. He was a force today and you can tell his teammates love him.

Tyreek Hill is gonna go over 15tds. Had a couple nice matchups with Peters that he won. His timing and trust with Alex is impressive.

DJ looks good. I can't believe it.

DJ a White looks like he wants a bigger role.

Eric Murray pups step right in and be a damn good safety. He destroyed aware towards the end of practice.

Houston and Ford look like world destroyers. Seriously. Ford looks like a different player out there. Ferocious and violent. I loved seeing that. Houston looks like he's in prime condition and ready for a career year. I told him after practice that he looks like he's ready to get 23 sacks and he said I was cutting him short.

Security told me not to film 7 on 7 or 11 on 11....but I still did so when they weren't watching. I've got lots of Mahomes clips.

Anyway...I'm gonna work on getting some of these videos loaded.
DJ said he would be here. I took him at his word while others said he was old, full of shit and should be cut. CP should learn DJ is super human. He is starting to put himself into HOF consideration. 2 more DJ type years should do it.

If we beat the Patriots, it will be because the defense throttled Tom Brady. It will have nothing to do with any plays that Smith makes that Mahomes wouldn't have.

And in fact, the odds of Mahomes just locking in and playing one game at a premium level are better than the odds of Smith doing so.

The Chiefs chances of winning a Super Bowl this year change very very little if Smith isn't a part of it. Both are minuscule chances and both depend entirely on the defense wrecking shit.

All I want is at least 4-5 deep balls from Smith a game. With 8-10 15-25 yard throws

He had Tyreek Hill running uncovered in a home playoff game with a chance to put his foot on Pittsburgh's throat and got spooked by a delayed blitz before rolling away from Hill.

All I want is Alexandra Daddario to let me have my way with her - that shit ain't happening.

And neither is Alex Smith throwing 4-5 deep balls a game. Hell, he won't throw 2. He won't throw 4-5 from 15-25. Take all your dreams there and cut them in half and he MIGHT hit them. Might. I'd still say he won't. The guy is what he is and no amount of camp nonsense or 'this time it's different' bullshit from him or Reid will change that.

Smith's a non-factor for this football team. He won't be the reason we win anything this year.
