Two year hold.....minimum. I see little downside here as there is no reason to believe they had any accounting fraud, just horrible spending problems.

Jim Cramer said it best, they ran the place like a country club for the last 10 years.

I would have bought X when Hog Farmer did at $20 but I had no free cash at the time. I knew that was a good buy.

Just under $18,000.

I can laugh at him because I have GE as well.

I may buy some more. It's not like GE is going to go out of business.

Anyone have any specific thoughts on CIM? I'm thinking about picking up some more of it. I've had it since 2015, and really enjoy the dividends. Stock price has dipped a bit, but I don't see anything bad about its fundamentals.

I think that REITs often decline a bit or just break even, and you get them solely for the dividend. I've got a couple of similar ones (TWO and MPW), and their price muddles around but I get a dividend of 7 to 10 percent, so I'm fine.

In this environment I grimace a little because a 7 percent return trails the major stock indexes, but I still like them from a diversification standpoint, and I'm still winning against inflation.

I think it’s likely it goes sub $15.

If it does, I️ may be on board for some.

I feel like it might stabilize around $15, maybe dipping lower temporarily. This would be a great chance to place a 30 day limit order for something like 12.50 in case it flashes that low.

You can watch the trajectory and cancel it if it looks like it will drop hard past that, and if it doesn't, you're not out anything

I don't think so......

I think the 4-5x's volume the last few days was all the funds getting out that held it for the dividend and others thinking it's dead money and not value.

I will be OK down to $16.80 with my puts until next year.
