Year Two of the Matt Quatraro tenure. Time to take a step up this year. Active in free agency and trades this offseason. A new look pitching rotation and bullpen. If I recall correctly, which is not necessarily to be assumed, he represents the best chance at someone in the organization currently who can offer bullpen help.

Pennington hails from Broomfield, Colorado, about 30 minutes north of Denver, where the Royals play tonight.
