Just because he's done a lot of crazy shit since the Burfict hit doesn't mean he wasn't a rat bastard before that:

His second year in the league he took a personal stretch limo to a charity event, had them open every single expensive bottle of wine, rejected it and refused to pay for it then left.

That doesn't sound like the actions of a stable person to me.

I don't think anyone thinks he is stable. Is he 'not guiltily by reason of mental insanity', who knows?
