The NT depth is better than one would expect

Logan and Miller are a very good 1-2. Cam Thomas is an underachiever but having him compete and being 3rd string is a good thing if he's motivated. He could possibly beat out Jarvis Jenkins if he can play some 3 and 5tech as well as nose. Then Montori Hughes as 4th string that's a good group.

Okine is probably closer to 270-275. And it will be interesting to see how he drops not only rushing and playing the run.

I know this has nothing to do with KC or our TC, but I heard Tannehill hyper extended his knee that got hurt last season.

I'll get some videos loaded to YouTube and embedded in the next hour or 2, but my takeaways from camp today are this:

Alex Smith was the best QB out there today, he was throwing deep regularly and was mostly accurate. The pick by Peters was a great play by Marcus. The second pick was a dumb throw.

Mahomes has the most talent and it's easy to see, but the pick he threw was a stupid throw even he should know better than to throw when he's fighting for the2 spot. He threw one cross field to the opposing sideline that was right on the money and got threes in a blink. Exciting. His mechanics are vastly improved.

Jones is gonna sneak on the roster. He might even steal a starting spot if he. Ontinyes towork his ass off and Conley keeps dropping balls.

Bennie Logan is gonna be an upgrade. He was a force today and you can tell his teammates love him.

Tyreek Hill is gonna go over 15tds. Had a couple nice matchups with Peters that he won. His timing and trust with Alex is impressive.

DJ looks good. I can't believe it.

DJ a White looks like he wants a bigger role.

Eric Murray pups step right in and be a damn good safety. He destroyed aware towards the end of practice.

Houston and Ford look like world destroyers. Seriously. Ford looks like a different player out there. Ferocious and violent. I loved seeing that. Houston looks like he's in prime condition and ready for a career year. I told him after practice that he looks like he's ready to get 23 sacks and he said I was cutting him short.

Security told me not to film 7 on 7 or 11 on 11....but I still did so when they weren't watching. I've got lots of Mahomes clips.

Anyway...I'm gonna work on getting some of these videos loaded.

It looked like an ACL...I saw the footage. Similar to Charles...no contact, he just fell to the ground. It was partially torn from last year...

I assume PMII was attempting a John Elway/Brett Farve "Rocket Ball" special in coverage or across his body to a receiver on the otherside of the field.
