He has ability when he’s not being a broke-dick.
I mentioned it yesterday, but Dee Ford looks a lot better than last year.

Noticeably improved.

I feel bullish about our front seven. Wish Veach would add a 3-4 end but still think this front seven can be very good.

Don't forget he is in his 5th yr and wants to be paid and let's hope we don't pay him because as the ol saying goes, "your reputation precedes you" thus to your point about being "soft".

Strained/pulled is much different than torn. Strained/pulled just needs rest and you don't want to keep aggravating it to potentially tearing it and then you our out the rest of the season.

Just probably strained.

Don't be surprised if some of those deep end 4th stringers end up making the roster. Toub highlighted a bunch of them as special teams guys he likes, so I imagine one or two will sneak on the final 53

That sucks that Jimmy Murray isn't anything more than a dude who beat the shit out of Division II chemistry majors. Would have been fun if he could have translated that aggressiveness to the pros

Starting cornerback Steven Nelson is quietly having a strong camp, a pleasant development for the Chiefs at a position of need. “He’s playing very confident football, challenging everything,’’ coach Andy Reid said. “But at the same time when we’re trying to double-move him, he’s playing it smart. He’s got a good feel for things. Right now he’s comfortable with his game.’’ Nelson broke up a couple of Patrick Mahomes passes in practice on Sunday, one intended for Tyreek Hill and the other for Sammy Watkins. Nelson is the only returning player among last season’s top six Chiefs cornerbacks in terms of playing time. But he played only half of the season after having preseason core muscle surgery.
This guy is gong to surprise a lot of people. Anybody that follows him on social media knows he’s been doing A LOT of talking, and so far he’s backing it up.

He's probably got a chip on his shoulder from when we tried to trade him last season.
