Starting to see budget cuts and layoffs in the advertising industry, which is usually a precursor to recession. Marketing budgets are the first thing to get cut.

This Fed and the overall financial system has failed us, again.

There are extenuating circumstances here but I fear this is going to turn very ugly.

This market is getting over confident rather quick.

Still a lot of bad issues over hanging - don't think we have seen the flush yet.

Short term bottom might be in. Long term is still to be seen.

I could technically start trading again, with small exposure, given 3 consecutive days of higher lows on the indexes.

So a move from Shenzhen China to Georgia. That's quite the change of scenery and culture.

I just moved to Dallas in March forgot to change my avatar. Moved to Georgia from Shenzhen last July. Keeping a cheap studio and my expenses low so I can shovel money into my index funds.

I would ask if you miss China but I am guessing with all the shit going on there, the answer is probably no.

I miss my friends sometimes in Beijing and Hong Kong. Never had any in Shenzhen or Shanghai.
