If you are a fan of pork loin, one time try using Korean BBQ sauce and soak the loin overnight and then grill the next day. You will love the flavor.
Pork loin is one of the best cuts of meats to use with marinade. Just sucks up the flavor. Jamaican Jerk or Indonesian Curry are also great flavors to marinade pork in. |

I am at Zio's Italian Kitchen in Oklahoma City. It was a long drive up here but my biological mom has a glass eye that needs cleaned every 6 months. Even though she didn't raise me and I was adopted by my Grandparents they passed away but this is nice to get to do something with her and take her out of the rest home.
Anyway this Zio's Italian is pretty cool. I love Italian food as long as no mushrooms. |

Onions, shrooms, garlic, peppered bacon, butter, smoked chicken, olive oil, spices, added some weird cut of Italian pasta and a 5 cheese mixture.
Dammed tasty with some brut IPA beer from local brewery at $6 a growler. Last edited by cooper barrett; 01-01-2019 at 08:00 PM.. |

No pic cuz it’s dark out. Took advantage of the mild weather and fired up the Weber Q.
Grilled pork loin marinated in olive oil, soy, worchesyershire then dusted with Cavenders Greek seasoning. Grilled Brussels sprouts in same marinade and grilled zucchini with just olive oil salt and pepper. Was good to grill a bit |
