Breakfast was sweet potato pancakes Dinner was venison sliders on Hawaiian rolls. Not sure why the pic is sideways, but deal with it. |

Doing up some pasta carbonara tonight, but wont be using eggs, just gonna cook the cream down a little bit and thicken with parmesan cheese

Pazole verde de pollo. Smoked and shredded the chicken. Toasted pepitas (pumpkin seeds), tomatillos, Hatch chiles, cilantro, serrano and lime for the base.
