In A Tub for lunch today 3 hot tacos and a pocket burger. Its been awhile had to get my powdered cheddar fix. Bogo on fox4kc got me a craven yesterday morning on the morning 10 dollar cheap eats. Its a KC North thing so cool your heels if you dont approve and been eating there since late 60s as a youngun.

moral dilemma:
do you chastise/forgive/agree with mr mahomes putting ketchup on his steaks? there are a lot of things i cannot forgive, but if i allow our bastard children to put that ugly sauce on a steak, i have to give him a pass (see what i did there ) |

I have put ketchup on a hamburger steak of course that was old school diner fare or Pondagrosa.
Never ever on a quality steak. |

Going all in on some legit Baja fish tacos tomorrow
Beer battered cod chunks, with a little chili and garlic powder in the batter Steamed corn tortillas Already have my curtido (pickled cabbage, onion, jalapeno, fresh cracked peppercorn, garlic) made up and in the fridge for an overnight soak Topped with a chipotle sour cream sauce, squeeze of lime, and a little cilantro... really looking forward to it |
