You can also find them cheaper than that price..I got mine off Amazon for $525 or something around there

Evidently it's a failed design for a cheap thermal sight. It has a crosshair mode, but can't be adjusted/zeroed. Leupold has some insane requirements for recoil testing which it couldn't quite pass.
It's built on a 30mm tube, so it can be mounted in front of a red dot, which is exactly what I plan to do on a SW AR-15/22 for skunks and such. Evidently people are putting them on hog guns, 5.56 and .300BLK, and they are holding up fine. In other words, one is on the way to my house.... |
