Mahomes also has tiny hands which could lead to ball security issues in bad weather.

An outsider with no emotional investment in either team would absolutely choose a Mahomes led Chiefs over a Lynch led Broncos.

I am wearing one of my many SB50 tee shirts today, did you buy a division title tee? You really have to buy them when they happen because it could be another 20 years before you have a playoff victory.

If you ask losschef it doesn't matter as long as they are on the team.

I am glad Elway didn't give up picks to move way up to reach on the 4th rated QB in a weak draft year.

Great GM's make sure they draft a development QB every year, you guys are giddy for drafting one once every 10 years. Moving up to reach on a QB also means that Reid is done with Alex which adds all kinds of locker room drama to the party.

Broncos found a starter in the 7th round 2 years ago, and now added another, it is just a good football move. Plus Kelly is said to have gone 1st or 2nd round if healthy.

I am happy with the draft on Paper, can't wait to see if they actually pan out on the field.

I am glad to see chef fans finally admitting that Alex was a mistake and waste of 5 years and multiple 2nd round picks.

Check this thread out, I didn't see any kc picks on it though.

3. Jake Butt, tight end, Denver Broncos* (Michigan)
An ESPN report suggested that Butt could hit the field by September, which could mean a Week 6 return after a stint on the PUP list. I don't see much getting in Butt's way, especially if he stays true to form and picks up the offense quickly. This is a system that could suit his style quite well -- and a team who could use dependable, intermediate options for their young quarterbacks. Of course, injury projections are still difficult this time of year, especially when the injury occurred so recently (Butt tore his ACL in the Orange Bowl). Hence, the asterisk.

That's why draft picks skip stupid Bowl games.

That's almost as funny as the drooling Mongo you drafted on day one.

Almost.
