I like what was said at the banquet. "The Raiders were 4 and 0 last year in preseason" and we know how that turned out

I wonder if D Ross fumbling problem could be corrected by a coach spending time with him like Tom Cophlin(sp) did with Tiki Barber?

If I remember correctly, Tiki Barber got his problem fixed from a conditioning running back coach, I cant remember what his name was. I was thinking it was the same one LJ used this offseason.

No, that was purely Tom Coughlin. Joe Carini is a strength trainer.

I stand corrected:
Barber, 31, did credit Coughlin for helping him fix his fumbling problem, the Daily News reported.

Great guess. You might recall Colquitt was the one who did the BC in bed hard on scene.

Printers had a definite right to be pissed. He was the best QB in the preseason, and he obviously worked his ass off only to get shown the door for some n00b 7th rounder who was Minnesota's PS fodder (the team with the worst starting QB in the league).

No, Printers would never be Peyton Manning, or even Michael Vick....but he could be a hell of a nice 3rd stringer, and if an emergency arose, the guy could at least come in and run the offense and create some plays with his legs.

With that said, no excuse for demeaning the scrubs he played with, even though they were scrubs.

That's unfortunate because the rest of the league is going to see that and he's going to be labeled as a ME player, when it's obvious his emotions got the best of him.

Yeah I really don't blame Printers for being upset. I think he's come a long way. I'm sure the guys he played with on the third string will be thrilled to hear those comments about them though.
