They are coming for the chop too
The Kansas City Chiefs’ racist “Arrowhead Chop” has flown under the radar. Not anymore. The Kansas City Chiefs’ chant isn’t a tribute to people like me. It’s racist.

I’m so sick of the pandering.
Does Vahe Gregorian give two shits about Native American imagery? Does it really bother him? Does it keep him up at night? Of course not. But he does care about looking woke so his liberal media buddies can pat him on the back and tell him what a great job he’s doing. Get rid of the chop and headdresses? I can see it. Get rid of “Chiefs” and “Arrowhead” Stadium? What a joke. |

As Clay pointed out, 80,000 people will still have the power to do the chop and there's not much the Kansas City Star can do about that if the fans continue to do it anyways. |

The Chiefs have supported local Native American tribes- what have all the crybaby assholes complaining about the Chief's name and chop done? Nothing! If people don't like it- don't go into Arrowhead- simple. |

Do you mean the drum on the huge drum deck they just built with the blessing of all the local tribes- who have also come to games as guest to bang the giant drum?

If one person gets upset about it then we must get rid of it.

It’s not our celebration anyway. I don’t give two shits if it goes away.

As I said in the Redskins thread. The NFL is all about commercialism. GEHA, Publix come to them and say we'd appreciate you not doing the chop, they will stop doing it because they know other sponsors wont replace them. Without sponsors, there is not football. |

I like the chop. We do it in Arrowhead South in all the chapters at every game. It's a fun thing. It's a video gamer first person shooter thing. No one is thinking I wish players would pull out tomahawks and chop up those players until they are dead. |
