Most people with untreated sleep apnea ARE stomach sleepers naturally. Because it helps when you’re younger. Even if you’re in good health. I had the issue when I was at my skinniest in colllege and when I was at my peak physical condition before I got married (when I was a pretty chiseled 6’2-205). Took my wife working o. Me fore a few years to finally do a sleep study. |

Just got a call from my pulmonologist - I have severe restrictive sleep apnea.
Looks like I'm joining Club CPap |

I bought the $250 models for years worked great. No issues. Making more money do decided to try the $900-$1000 models. Love it now. It gets the ramp up to speed more slowly so it’s not as abrupt as the cheaper models. Way easier to tolerate and get to sleep.

Over 30 - I will know on Friday the exact average per hour.
===================================== Severe obstructive sleep apnea means that your AHI is greater than 30 (more than 30 episodes per hour) Moderate obstructive sleep apnea means that your AHI is between 15 and 30. Mild obstructive sleep apnea means that your AHI is between 5 and 15. |
