NewRez holds my mortgage now and they started spamming me with refi offers a month after my refi. I use my serious email account for all personal business type stuff and I've managed to keep it clean for a decade before my own mortgage company emails started getting flagged as spam. Smh

We refinanced with them last year. Such an easy process compared to our refinance years prior. Website is easy and you’re right, I get no spam.

I like UWMC stock and it now has a 5% dividend. I think it’s undervalued but it could easily be something that tanks in the next few years when this housing bubble ends.

Sold some more LCID this morning when I saw it hit 39.

200 shares left. Still going up

I may take my profits and buy some AMC here when it crashes in a few days.

I foresee a big dip in AMC when the market crashes soon.

Ride in and scoop up and wait for the next wave.

This was always the plan. Just had to wait for LCID to spike a bit. Patience is the key.

Still think LCID is really solid long term so I'll hold the rest of this.

I think it is also, its on a high right now even if a person sold all today it will dip down below the current price IMO.
