Year Two of the Matt Quatraro tenure. Time to take a step up this year. Active in free agency and trades this offseason. A new look pitching rotation and bullpen. I know that exercise very well due to my lower back problems, except I stick the strap in a closed doorway, and also do both directions.

Best back stretching routine I've ever done. Through out my back, but was able to do these the day it happened and sped my recovery to an incredible amount.
