Yeah. They don’t trust Skyy anymore. Remigio and Ross are after thoughts and they know they can’t put everything on Juju/Kelce while Worthy comes up to speed.

I’m really confident they’re trading for someone
Yeah - this was a "We have a bye week coming" gameplan.

Flog the 3 veterans they trust to not **** up.

Have a new plan by week 7/8. You can probably ride those guys again pretty hard coming out of the bye if you want to but from week 8 and forward, you're going to need to have another plan.

It can't be running your offense through 3 guys clearly on the backside of their respective careers.

Historically the bye has been very beneficial to rookie WRs for whatever reason. Wouldn't be surprised to see Worthy even more involved coming out of it.

Put him in a wheelchair and have Skyy push him around for his patterns.
At least then we'd have a reliable set of hands on the field.

Are we sure Skyy knows his own route tree let alone a real WR's.

Yeah, you have Skyy pushing the wheelchair and you'll end up with a slew of ineligible man downfield penalties as Skyy kinda meanders in circles on bubble screens meant for Rashee...

Oh so we good for the Super Bowl. Let's go!

Stick to your guns, Veach. We're going full Marty ball and we're going to look good doing it.

Veach isn't going to want to trade for an older WR with an oversized contract.

That does not include Amari or Diontae.

Veach will do something unexpected or seemingly ineffective. 85% will praise it 4 weeks later. That doesn't fill the pages right now though

Veach & Reid got this...Rice was drafted to replace JuJu, Pacheco was the best RB since Kareem. Fast forward 2024, they sign free agents (available to any team to sign)...JuJu & Kareem, and bring them back for their old roles after injuries. Genius. Yeah, signing another would be added insurance, but Veach's default is...only at the right price. Sounds good to me.
