Jones/Karlaftis vs. Crosby/Wilkins is pretty tight. Granted, they also have that top 10 DE they took last year who's name immediately escapes me, but he wasn't looking like much last season.
Tyree Wilson is the guy you're thinking of and he was coming into the league after an injury so he should be somewhat better/healthier this year.

The Raiders have a 3rd year DE that seemed to turn a corner last year. Koonce was much improved once he got more playing time. The Raiders will have a very decent DL next year.

That’s why that huge cap bump would dry out quickly. More money to pay these huge contracts.

This is the way.

IF these guys are getting this much, how much you think Jefferson gonna cost?

Nah, just wait it out, sign some 2nd/3rd tier WR's and go to the draft

Judged by pass rush win rate, he's about as good as anyone in the NFL. He just doesn't play the run well at all.

Screw taking another flier on some retread "with a lot of potential because he had one decent season a couple years ago."

And while Mooney's tape looks decent, it should be a red flag that in the two seasons after his 1,000 yard campaign, he's apparently regressed, or at least he hasn't done anything to improve. It's like he's content to collect a paycheck. Not interested in players like that.
This guy thinks we're getting Randy Moss I guess

30+ million. And it'll look like a relative steal once the cap keeps spiking yearly and the second tier of guys break that number in 2026.

He’s the same type of player as Nolan Smith, the guy they drafted INT he first rd last year.

Doesn’t make sense to me

Usually your thinking **** I would have done that deal. This year he's tossing the bag around. Like last year I would have been all over swift for a 6 or whatever they traded for him.
