There’s just no way we don’t make an aggressive move with the most likely scenario being the first round pick (or trade up).

I love rashee but from what we’ve seen we should get a legit outside WR1 so he can do a lot of damage in the slot.
I don't think there is a #1 WR in FA.

Higgins is not a fit here at all IMO and will likely be tagged, Evans probably gonna go back to TB to finish his career, Pittman will absolutely be tagged, Gabe Davis isn't a #1.

That's why I think they need to overspend on Calvin Ridley

You think Evan’s would like to finish with Baker Mayfield vs playing with a guy like Mahomes? Laughable. I also don’t think Tampa is going to want to tag Evan’s to keep him there. If he’s Available you have to go after a guy like that. He’s the perfect complement to Kelce and Rice

Godwins cap hit is like 27m next year for Tampa, but yeah they are going to pay top dollar to keep Evan’s. When they signed Godwin it meant Evan’s would eventually leave in Free Agency

Baker is literally better than Mahomes this year stats wise

Your average JAG was also better than Tom Brady in 2019. Do you think Evans would have chosen a JAG over Brady in 2020?

If they can't do it in college don't expect them to do it in the pros.
Keep missing you say, huh?

Absolutely hilarious how you butt****ing morons continue to pretend like Rice is JAG.

I just don't understand it. Everybody is in agreement about the rest of the group, and has been for a while now. Not a single person disagrees with WR being our #1 need going into the offseason, and that we need more than 1. There's absolutely no ****ing reason to downplay Rice, or the fact the he was clearly a HR, yet you say shit like this.

I think there 2 scenarios

- legit outside WR1 in free agency and some value draft pick
Or
- aggressive first round wr with a decent veteran wr (2nd tier-ish)

In all of these 'holy shit the WR's ****ing suck ass' discussions, I find it interesting that a lot of you guys severely under-estimate just how bad they are.

These are not JAGS. These guys have nightly emissions DREAMING of one day becoming a JAG. These guys collectively forgot how to play football at even a high school level. They're terrible. They're not even CFL level.

Last year, we won a SB with a one legged Juju and this group, and had the #1 offense in just about any meaningful category, including 'explosive plays'. THAT was a bunch of JAGS.

That entire group (minus Long Juju Silver) regressed to a state of completely unplayable, clueless, three stooges level ineptitude.

Patience, I counseled. The whole group couldn't possibly regress like this. They'll snap out of it.

Apparently not.

Yeah, we need to clean house and get some actual professional receivers. We don't have to **** our cap to do it, and we don't have to trade multiple picks, and we don't have to go batshit crazy.

As it turns out, a Thielen type probably would have saved this season. (And I was an advocate of signing him or someone like him this past offseason.)

Rice is a bright spot in this shit sandwich. You need a speedy deep threat who can actually catch the ball, and you need a steady pro who knows where to be and when and then to actually catch the ball. Fill those two roles, and we're back in business.

Given he has a ring, he may want to finish career in Tampa, may want to chase one last contract....so no I do not think it is automatic he will take KC.

I think the issue with the cap is what we do at LT. Not many options in FA and I doubt we swing for anything but a WR in R1. If we get Tyron Smith we could probably get a solid WR in FA but maybe only one.

Our OL is the emergent issue.
