Speaking of the In-Laws, I remember seeing two Peter Faulk movies at the theater a couple of months apart. Besides this one, the other was The Cheap Detective, it's worth watching but not near as funny as The In-Laws. Thinking of Alan Arkin in the 70's, if you get a chance watch the original Catch 22 from 1970, very dark comedy, but good. Major Major.
About 15 years ago I was at the movies and saw the coming attractions for a new In-Laws with Michael Douglas and Albert Brooks, it didn't seem too good, so I never bothered trying to watch it. |

Another one I remember as a kid but haven’t seen in decades is ‘Freebie and the Bean’. I’ve heard some podcasts talk about it. I need to watch it again. I’m sure it’s very dated

I watched Grown Ups for the first time with Adam Sandler, David Spade, Chris Rock, Kevin James, Rob Schneider, Selma Hayek, Colin Quinn, Maya Rudolph, Maria Bello, and Steve Buscemi.
Pretty damn funny but not a 70's or 80's comedy. |

Here is a really cool movie I mentioned earlier in this thread. I found a link to watch it. When you click the button to play, a new tab will open, just close it and hit the play button again. As with all these sites, have your Malware and popup blocker enabled.
