I have plantar fascia and a heel-spur right now. It hurts like a mother-****er doing anything other than walking and I am far from an elite athlete…PF heals pretty good with rest so he’s probably going to be fine soon.

Recently had the same issue. It took a year for it to feel normal. That was with doing the basics. Not sure what the professional team can do for Herbert can do to speed this up. Plantar fascia sucks but you could still play with some type of numbing medicine etc during the season. But for it truly to gone it will just take time.

I had this once, but mine must have been fairly minor, because a single shot of cortisone made it go away and I never had any further issues. That's certainly not like the multiple horror stories I'm reading here. Guess I was very lucky.
