Finally back in the kitchen. We have medium rack of lamb (Sous vide) with mint pesto. Cauliflower mash and sautéed carrots.

i know im shit about phood photoes, so i won't proclaim i will post them, but tea tonight is taco spring rolls (browned taco meat and cheese) deep fried with taco fixin's over the top like a taco salad, but with mini burrito's

I put some leftover sloppy joe in puff pasty et and made a sloppy joe turnover. They were like really good Hot Pockets, lava tongue burn included. |
