So why did he leave the 2014 Heat? He had gone to 4 straight Finals with them, playing alongside Ray Allen (HoFer), Dwayne Wade(future HOFer) and Chris Bosh (11x NBA All Star).

Was that not enough of a supporting cast for King James??

There are 3 HOFers there (although Allen was obviously just a spot shooter by that point in his career). Just like regular people, though, HOFers get old and get worse.

So Jordan’s cast never aged or got worse? Kareems’? Magic? Bird? Duncan? Russell??

So let me get this straight. Your position is that championships are the only thing that matter to this debate, but then at the same time you would preferred if LeBron didn't try to win championships and stayed in Miami until Allen and Bosh both retired and Wade couldn't move anymore (the current status) ensuring that he won no championships.

I know logical consistency in arguments is difficult for the MJ backers at this point (you guys literally have nothing at this point) but let's do better than this.

No, my position is that championship achievements are the proverbial tie-breaker when measuring up the greatest ‘stats’ guys in the GOAT discussion.

No, i would have preferred Lebron stuck it out in Cleveland and helped ‘build’ a championship team around him, as Jordan did, as Magic did, as Bird did, as Russell did, as Duncan did, etc. etc., instead of pussing out and going a forming a ‘superteam’ in Miami.

But, lets say for argument sakes, Lebron was never going to be able to realistically do that in Cleveland (which is a cop out, but we’ll go with it), then why the hell did he ever leave Miami once he got there? He had HOFer’s and NBA All Stars around him. That wasnt good enough? Yes, people age and get old, but you act like that didnt happen for Jordan or any of the rest of the players mentioned. That’s where you rely on a competent GM to bring pieces in, turn over the roster, get younger, etc. Are you trying to argue that Pat Riley wasnt competent and couldnt have done what Jerry Krause and other GM’s of those superstar centered teams did??

Because if thats your argument then thats a cop out and pathetic and even more reason why Lebron, an All Time great, should not be in the GOAT discussion.

Lebron always wanted to be in Cleveland. In 2015 he found the opportunity to do just that

Jordan got a pretty different "cast" in 1995

All those other guys didn't do much once they started to age (Magic's lakers 1991 Finals loss, etc.)
