Looks delicious, I like the grilled veggies.

Great minds think alike! Tonight I did 2 shoulder blade pork chops in stainless steel on the stove. They are an underrated cut and came out tender and juicy with a nice crust. Only needed salt, pepper and a little olive oil in the pan.

I love using Worcestershire sauce on them when I'm eating them.

Did a can of Margaret Holmes Succatash as a side.

How do you do you roasted veggies? I could eat them every day for 10 years and still be happy, so I'm always interested in new ways to make them.

I pretty much eat them every night. Get some olive oil in a pan. These are the large frozen bags of veggies from Costco. I buy this bag and the Stir-fry one. Both very good. Cook until almost done. Last 5 minutes I season with some type of large chunk Hawaiian salt. Not this brand but it's what it looks like.

Learn to read. He said he uses the stir fry veggie mix from Costco, but roasts the veg. The last 5 minutes, he seasons with the Hawaiian salt.

Got a 3 pound chuck roast in the crockpot, seared both sides then threw it in there with some beef broth, potatoes, onions, carrots, green peppers, some black pepper and garlic

Simple but effective, should be ready around 8 or so
