For some good, if ancillary, news:

Looks like seasonal flu is dying out.

My local golf course, that I'm in two leagues in, were having their league meetings this week. Got a a call Saturday from one of them that they canceled the meeting. Told him I was expecting that call.

The owner is relatively new, they've owned it for a few years now. That league prez is in local politics. He called the owner and made note to the owner that the meetings are canceled. The owner said, "Do you think that's necessary?" JFC, they're recommending no groups of over 10 and you think you can still have a meeting with almost 50 people?

Seems like great news. Less cases in the hospitals means more beds.

the vast majority of Americans are social distancing voluntarily. Even the cities/states that made it “mandatory” are not arresting or fining citizens. And they are not dragging you off to jail if you leave your house.

To keep bringing up “house arrest” is a political statement.

In like 5 years I think I've called twice, the ceiling fan that hangs 20 feet in the air was swinging like it was coming loose and the faucet in the kitchen had the hose snap, that's it.

Apparently Augusta National is still open and will be for 6 more days. https://www.espn.com/golf/story/_/id...navirus-crisis

I swear this is going to go down as "millionaire flu" or something when it's all over. They think they're immune.

If any of the gamers here are bored with everything going on......the Playstation store has Assassins Creed Odyssey gold for 22.99 until tomorrow.....that's the game, all DLC and the Assassins Creed 3 remaster, for 23 bucks, pretty good deal I'd say.
