*****The Patrick Mahomes Thread*****

IT ****ING HAPPENED

OP UPDATE:

Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy!

I知 going to restart mine with some changes that I want to make to increase the challenge. I won 4 Super Bowls in 7 seasons, and at that point the realism was lost. The issue became how easy it is to scout properly and thus load your draft class each year.

I think I知 going to make it where the CPU does all my scouting when I restart, and that way the draft will be much tougher.

I don't think I'm going to.

He just earned the quick dev trait, and Seamster is now borderline elite, and has the best hands in the league.

To boot, my homegrown guards are approaching 90 PBK, and my rookie tight end looks primed to replace Kelce.

Next year I'm going to try and break the passing records.

Put an angry young bear in there, and lets get back to being able to run the ball in tight situations
Hate it, hate it, hate it.

If you have the ball at inches from the goal line or even from a 1st, what good does pass blocking do? We have a killer RB now, someone who can help create a balanced offense. Why not give him some cheese, too?

You can have mine if you want to buy a used one. I'm going to get a ps4 pro, transfer my franchise over, play in 4k and start doing videos in 1080p.

I'm going to go back to the Denver game again. We ran the ball in short yardage situations with Sherman. With success. Why? I'm going with the Mahomes factor again.

Weird how when the Lbs have to cover intermediate passing routes, they crash the run gaps less aggressively, right?

Only way to get through the offseason with some sanity at this point is to really invest in the draft and offseason processes. It speeds things up just a tad.

I also like having NFL Gamepass this time of year. I primarily use it to look at what teams do schematically, but its good to have any time you want to watch FA prospects/signings, or you simply want to go back in time dating back to 2011. They have those condensed games too where the whole broadcast is just play after play, so you can watch a whole game in 30 minutes. They have it discounted during the offseason for maybe $50 I think. Maybe $30, can't recall.

Does that include preseason games?

I really want to rewatch that Titans game where Eligwe was all over the field.
