*****The Patrick Mahomes Thread*****

IT ****ING HAPPENED

OP UPDATE:

Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy!

It was more of a 'hey, not too bad for a rookie 4th rounder' kinda thing

We need a drive blocking badass in the mix, I'm just tired of this lightweight mobility kick, some of that is great for pulling, versatility etc... but a good line also needs a few manimal snotknockers
The Chiefs current O-line "philosophy" seems backward-suited. All finesse and no grind is a complete injustice to the possibilities for Hunt. Mahomes can make the chicken salad with just about anything you give him, so why not address the lack of a consistent, powerful running game?

Reid is simply too enamored with pass blocking, and mobility for guys to get out in front of his 1001 screens

We can only hope Bieniemy has more pull than we imagine

We need some balance, LDT honestly seems like a great mix of technical prowess and power... so give this team another mauling guard to at least bring some balance

All of this Morse or Ehinger at LG talk leaves the dick limp

Put an angry young bear in there, and lets get back to being able to run the ball in tight situations

I feel we missed the boat when we could have got Richie Incognito cheap when he was having problems finding a team... been playing at a Pro Bowl level...

Reminds me of last March when I created Mahomes on Madden 17 and put him on the Chiefs. I threw so many deep balls to Hill, dreaming of a future that would make those passes a reality.

I did it somewhat reluctantly, as I knew that odds were I was only setting myself up for terrible disappointment. But nope...

Anyone else taken a significant step back in year 4?

Year 3 I set the yardage/td record and won the SB with Mahomes. Now I'm 12 td/11 int with a record of 1-3 to start the season.

Seeing that pass from the kicker to Kelce for the TD.

Why not have Mahomes hold for kicks? Lenny did it. Would scare the crap out of a few teams.
