Reid and his coaching staff manage to get the most aggressive, down field attacking performance out of Alex Smith. Pederson, Reid's longest tenured under study goes back to Philly and continues to preach aggression. Yet dummies around here want to pretend that Andy isn't aggressive enough. |

Alex's entire game against Pitt was for 172 yards. Regular season aggression can't diasappear because it's a home playoff game, and it falls on Reid if all of a sudden this "aggression" is gone. My point was with Mahomes, I believe he won't need an "aggressive" Andy Reid no matter the regular season/playoffs/super bowl and it's refreshing. |

When a QB throws for 33 yards in an entire half of football, you honestly think that's part of the game plan? You seriously think Reid's intention was to stop the offensive production all together? I bet you're the same guy who says Hunt didn't get enough carries.
So if we didn't run the ball enough, that'd surely mean that the Chiefs were passing the ball right? Does passing the ball equate to a lack of aggression? Are you trying to tell me that Alex threw for 33 yards because of a lack of opportunities? You cereal right now? When Alex is repeatedly shown to pass on open routes, that's game planning? You don't have to take it from guys like me. What about Brian Baldinger? Would you listen to him? Or any of the other "professionals" who agree with me (us)? How about the Chiefs front office who went out and drafted one of the most aggressive passers in recent memory? Why would they do that if they didn't feel that an aggressive, downfield passing attack was needed? Literally all signs point to the Reid wanting a more aggressive passing attack. |
