Just off the phone with a buddy who lives in Wisconsin. He says there's a lot of smoke about Danny Duffy & Whit Merrifield up there. He says they match what the Brewers needs are & they have a history dealing with each other.

They'd have to empty what's left of their farm system to make it happen. Not sure they have a headliner to get a guy of Duffy's skill and length of control, let alone include a second piece.

I guess I am the only one that doesn't love cain that much. Often injured not a ton of power etc. Good guy and rings though.
