I think Andy's sense of urgency is starting to accelerate. He's not getting any younger and he knows what he has in Mahomes. He knows the time is now.

All he has to do is look at Green Bay for an example of an organization that sat on their hands and wasted their franchise QB's best years. Andy's not going to let that happen here.

Big things coming in the next few years guys.
