But let me clarify my philosophy. There are terrible teams in the NFL, there are middling teams in the NFL, and there are really good teams.

Denver’s record suggests that Denver is a middling team.

No. Denver's schedule and their quarterback play show that their record is an aberration. Lucky that they played the Saints after half their roster went on IR. Lucky that the Jet's missed 2 field goals. The real Broncos, which we saw today is far from a middling team. They are a downright bad.

Second, you simply ignore Denver soundly beating Carolina, the Raiders, and Tampa. Are you going to find excuses for all that, too?

Third, was Denver missing a fg of the same length against the Jets good or bad luck?
