Speaking of cable filler on network TV for the duration of the strike, I'm happy that NBC's apparently going to give Psych and Burn Notice a bigger stage than USA for a bit. Those are fun shows that require next to no editing.

Ironically USA just canned both The 4400 and The Dead Zone. Guess we won't be seeing those on the network.

How much has CBS tamed down the show? My wife has gotten into it, but she's not sure she can handle to unabridged version, on account of her being a wuss. |

I caught one of the episodes and removing the foul language from characters like Doakes or his sister really hurts the show. Doakes can be pretty damn funny but most of his good lines are probably removed.
