Now, Kelce is going to have a big year man. This offense has a shot to be pretty good (not Denver good obviously). |

A lot of corners aren't good without a pass rush. It all goes hand in hand man.

Who really knows how good he can be, and he didn't have a lot of help last year. If they can get some focus to the WRs, that will help Kelce. It will be interesting to see how things shake out this year. |

Kelce is nice, no doubt. To be fair re: his stats last year though: he was a TE on a team that has zero wr td completions. I'd like to know how many times kelce and scheffler were targeted in the seasons being compared before drawing conclusions...

In 2007, Tony was targeted 65 times with 49 rec for 549 yds and 4 TDs. 2006 was the Jake Plummer to Jay Cutler midyear transition. Javon Walker and Rod Smith had over 200 targets and and 130 or so receptions. Brandon Marshall was also a rookie with 37 targets in 2006, so Sheffler tied for 3rd most targets, essentially 4th most targeted option. In 2014, Kelce was the 2nd most targeted with the most receptions for KC. And, that was his 2nd year in the league right, doesn't look like he did anything his rookie year, dunno if he was hurt or not. |

Alex is pretty good at throwing to TEs; from 2009-2011, Vernon Davis racked up 2963 yards and 30 TDs (including playoffs). No doubt Kelce will have a pretty good year.

He missed all of his rookie year...so essentially last season was his first to actually play.
