i tend to agree. i know i have seen that pic before, but not sure who posted it originally. it was the waiter in the background that triggered the thought.
anyways, that leg of lamb was barely a shank. 2+ Kilo (4 pounds) leg of lamb= $30 AU feed 6, and thats at the butcher. and let me tell you, if you get a proper leg, put it on the smoker like you would a pork shoulder.... holy bat**** robin!!! look out i always get the leg, shank on, it's dynamite pulling your chain bro, that does look good. what was the glaze? |
