Obviously it’s a small sample size in preseason play, but it was pretty cool seeing Minshew (who I wanted) outplay Russ. He would have been basically free.

Which Donk QB has had the best season since 5-head retired? Probably Keesum? Who was second best? I mean... geez, I might have to go with Semen's 2016 year. Not impressive or even what anybody would call good, but he wasn't really ever abysmal, and he stayed healthy for the most part. I'd call him Tyrod Taylor Lite. Would have saved the headache of bouncing in and out of traded veterans, and he would have been a little bit cheaper. They still could have taken a shot on guys like Lock. Definitely wouldn't say he had a Kyle Orton floor, but given what the Donks were working with? That low expectation non-abysmal QB play would have actually been the better play than trying to **** around with Bridgewater and Flacco. And it DEFINITELY would have been better than trading what they did for Russ |

Q Joe, was KC’s groundskeeper responsible for players slipping last night?
And for slippage in the TCU/Michigan game? |

He had to find some team to give up draft picks to the Saints so he could coach again and why not collect a fat paycheck for a year or two. But he needs to get fired this time around, to be free to go wherever he wants. Which is a team with a real QB and a real chance to compete. |

The only reason he signed with Denver was for the money. Guy has been in the league long enough to realize that roster stinks.
