Got back from Mexico last night (travel during the SB highly recommended). Didn't take many food pics as its not really a thing there and I was kind of vacationing from my phone as well. Had to snap my favorite burrito though, green chili carne asada.

Ha, my in-laws keep a house there. It's stocked with pretty much all that 80's/90's gear you'd normally throw out or box up in a garage somewhere. Also, I have that same burrito at least once a visit. Some photos from years past.

It really wasn't photo worthy, but I've concocted a little Greek chicken noodle dish. I grill some sliced chicken breast in olive oil with Greek seasoning and a little lemon juice, then toss in some fettuccine and plain yogurt. Then I sprinkle it with feta cheese. Serve it with a side of Stouffers spinach souffle.

A simple but tasty dish, and everybody who's ever tried it loves it.
