I'm adjusting the big game menu and doing nachos instead of 7 layer dip. I have 4 lbs of wings thawing out now. I'm not sure I want to fry all those up and stink the house up for the rest of the week.

I've decided not to order out by go-to wings this year and try some homemade teriyaki wings and some curry/mango chutney wings that I saw recently in Rachel Ray's Everyday magazine 'cuz they looked so good. I have a curry dip and Indian Cucumber Raita for the sides.

I had to make the teriyaki sauce from scratch because I have to use Tamari sauce instead of soy and most of the jarred sauces use soy with wheat in it.

Then I am having black forest cupcakes. Not that it goes with Asian, since it's German, but just something I had a hankering for.

Got this all done today and I'll cook them up tommorrow; assemble the cupcakes then too. Otherwise been here all day prepping.

Got my rubs made up for the smoker.

I'm doing a brisket, pork butt, and 2 chickens, and baked beans. Some other fools are bringing some other shit, but I really don't care what it is.

No, we ate around 7:30. It just took me about 15 minutes to make it all.
