Maybe. He's stayed remarkably healthy but he also started out a bit older than a few of the greats. If he has Witten longevity it could happen.

As a receiver, he's a total stud. My only complaint there, is he doesn't dominate in the red zone, but that could be a scheme thing, or that defenses are selling out on him. Solid blocker, but not the best of the best. Regardless, he's perfect for this offense. |

If I were his agent, I think the realistic approach would be to give him an average of the top WR (Julio Jones, $22M per year), top OT (Laremy Tunsil, $22M per), and top TE (Austin Hooper, $10.5M per) salaries. That equates to around $18M per year. Trying to shoot for top WR pay for him is too much of a stretch.
The market for TE's is going up though, unlike RB's that are staying stale if not lowering, because the TE has become the more Kittle-esque and is more needed in today's NFL to have a great TE rather than a great RB. Kittle isn't one of the best receivers, but you can argue his blocking is second to none. |

Kittle is an excellent player but Kelce could truly be the best receiving TE ever. Kelce was tailor made for this league while Kittle was made more for 10 years ago.
I do t think there has ever been a TE that was as athletic and gifted running routes as Kelce |

The Kelce “wiggle” at the top of his routes is the NFL version of Hakeem’s Dream Shake.
