Hot Tub Time Machine...HOLY $%#&!!!

It was ****ing hilarious!!! I'm talking Hangover hilarious! I cried from laughter multiple times. Rob Corddry (Kutcher's friend in What Happens In Vegas) and Craig Robinson (Darryl from the Office) are comic gold. There's one scene between the two of them that's easily one of the top 3 funniest scenes I've ever seen in a movie.

Serious question. How many times have you seen it?

TBL is a movie you have to become acclimatized to. I went into it expecting Raising Arizona II and almost swore off the Coen Brothers after the first viewing. But then, I WATCHED IT AGAIN. I don't know what exactly is going on with it, but it's the rare movie that gets funnier the more acquainted with it, as you anticipate what's coming next and it's delivered brilliantly each and every time. It could be the only movie I can think of that gets funnier and funnier with each viewing, quite the opposite of most every other comedy, which depends on surprising you into laughter.

Saw it last night. I would classify it as a "stupid funny movie."

Anchorman has be to be one the most unfunny, overhyped movies of all time. I dont even think it garnered a smirk from me.

I almost never pay to see a comedy at the Theatre anymore. Tickets prices out of control, Robbery at the Concessions, unruly patrons, do nothing Cinema employees, Crowd laughter covering the dialogue, Irratating. Besides never a reason to see a comedy on the big screen. I'll pay for the experiance if SPFX are involved, then a visit to the Cinmeplex is in order by Comedies and Drama I hold out to watch on the 50 inch HD Palam w/ Home Theatre Sound @ home. But looking forward to the film nonetheless.

I agree very "highbrow" humor not to be consumed by the masses.

Agreed, on both points. Hnagover was so hyped, that when I saw it I was entertained but felt let down, 40YOV I still laugh everytime.

The Coen Brothers have a bit of making up to do with me.

Burn After Reading was an asbolutely hideous piece of crap.

I like a lot of their stuff, I like dark humor like Death To Smoochy, but I can find absolutely no redeeming quality with BAR.

Forgetting Sarah Marshall is one of my favorites. Too many good lines and great deliveries in that movie.

a good comparison would be American Pie crossed with Old School, but in a time travel scenario.
