Also what are you using for bread? I like the Jimmy Johns day old bread and buy it right after peak hours of lunch or dinner. I cut off the ends then cut in half and bag it until ready to use. You can get two loaves of bread, cut those in half and makes four aprox 8" sandwiches. It's better than the bread I can buy at the store and way cheaper at about a buck for both loaves.

Dont know yet. I meant to make my own Italian bread today, but didn't get around to it. May have to check out the Jimmy Johns down the street...

Speaking of "healthier" options. Anyone try Halo Top Ice Cream? Shit is whack for the calories and amount of protein. 24 grams of protein per pint and many under 300 calories total. Texture is a bit different but taste is very good. Something I don't mind having a bit with it's nutrition profile.

I'm with Lew but I'm self aware enough to realize that I have had a criminally small amount of good Italian.

Accordingly it hasn't gotten my juices flowing enough to dive in and make my Italian dishes better.

Last night for the first time ever I had Bon Chon chicken drums. They looked like Turkey legs they were so big!

I had the spicy and it was pretty hot. Chicken is crunchy as hell!

Buzz has made similar comments before. LOL

No, that's my portion. My wife was probably double that. I really don't eat a lot, despite being fat.

That wouldn't even be an app portion for me!

I don't know. The meatballs are pretty large, as is the pasta dish. Maybe it's skewing the image to look smaller than it really is.

It was plenty for me. Sure, I'd love to eat more, but I can't without having to deal with the nightly consequences.
