Lmao, Sean Payton with the Broncos isn't even remotely scary. He was .500 or under 5 times and that was when he had prime Drew Brees. Dude won't crack 6 wins with Russ cooking. If he takes this job, then I could see him quitting after he's goes 5-12 and realizes that Wilson is just a shitty turd who sucks now. He quit on the Saints the minute he realized how ****ed that cap situation in NO was and that winning was hard without his HOF QB.

Why are you guys posting compensation rumors from a bunch of reporters guessing out their asses when Sean Payton himself said the cost was a mid to late first?

Those are all super bronco homer reporters, too. Looks like them setting up the old “the saints wanted too much -2 firsts- and we weren’t willing to go that high”….when in reality, Sean doesn’t want the job unless the paycheck is absurd.

I’ll say this

If Denver ends up trading a first and their original third for Sean Payton, they will be debating which trade was worse (WalRuss or Payton) 2 years from now ss both moves have big time complete bust potential.
