Day 1 felt like I was getting a cold. Neg rapid test.
Day 2 felt like a low grade flu, small fever, little cough, fatigue. Neg rapid test. Day 3 same as day 2. Day 4 no fever, cough not bad, some congestion Day 5 a little congestion. Residual cough. Pfizer vaxxed, no booster. Still waiting pcr from day 2. Spouse 3 days behind me on symptoms had a positive test today. |

Got my PCR result today. Positive. And I'm literally 99% symptom free at this point. Headed back to work on Monday and enjoying being able to take extended sick leave instead of PTO.

Glad everyone is doing better
I’ve just got some sinus congestion at this point. Sore throat has cleared up for the most part |

I’ve got some bad news for you. It’s only 5 days off now. New CDC recommendation.

Here we go. It's been a shitshow of a week at my wife's health system of outpatient clinics. Like total crash and burn 5 alarm, Triage phone lines have 50+ messages in the morning before they even start kind of stuff.

Oh so you think you have covid? Cool. I can't do anything to help you so don't come in and clog up my office. Stay home and don't come out until you feel better. NEXT |

All the studies I've seen regarding omicron are good good GOOD. Particularly if you're vaccinated and boosted.
Even if you aren't boosted.. you're probably good. Dare I say that even if you aren't vaccinated.. you're probably good. This may be it. I haven't been this optimistic since seeing the phase 3 data from Pfizer and Moderna. Last edited by TLO; 12-29-2021 at 12:48 PM.. |
