My response was based on the fact that people would have dinner within two or three hours of going to sleep, only to wake up 4-5 hours later and carouse for an hour or so before sleeping again and waking up around dawn.

But this is my perspective from someone who has never tried to lose weight and instead tries passive efforts to not gain aynmore weigth than has already been attaineed.
