Beef fajitas tonight
2 green peppers sliced 1 and a half onion sliced 1 large tomato sliced Cook all down together with a healthy dash of salt 2 pounds of top sirloin sliced as thin as Paulies garlic in Goodfellas Flash cook on high heat with a little garlic and salt Throw in a flour wrap, add sour cream with chopped cilantro stirred in... and win |

Preheat 425
Large cassarole pan About 3-4 good size red potatoes cubed About 2 TBS of olive oil (mix to coat) Season with salt and Cavendars Seasoning Bake 20 minutes. While baking potatoes season 3-4 chicken breasts with salt In a small skillet 2-3TBS(ish) Olives Oil 4 Cloves or so of fine chopped garlic Sauté until light golden Remove from heat stir 2 TBS brown sugar Add juice of half lemon maybe a touch more Pinch crushed red peppers (i used a Pizza Hut packet lol) (I just eyeball and work towards a nice sauce) Remove potatoes from oven and push to sides of cassarole pan Lay Chicken breast along center of pan Coat breasts with sauté mix Bake additional 20-25 minutes. Coat with drippings when serving garnish with a lemon. |

It was a throw together meal, havent had fried boloagna in 3 years usally lije it burnt a little bit.
