You only need to work out about 45 minutes each day just don't take long breaks between sets, only 1 to 2 minutes, work fast and stick with compound exercises to maximize benefit. Bench press, dead lifts, straight bar curls, etc...Don't worry about weight at first go very light and get 8-10 reps per set and try to get about 5 sets per exercise. My$.02 |

Figured I should add that even though I am in good shape, run a lot (obviously) and lift I still do calorie/macro tracking to keep myself in check. I am a home brewer and craft beer lover so I run to counter my love of good beer. Still need to track what I am consuming though.
Been doing it for years but always pick up something new and interesting here and there and if I can give some advice that may help someone else I would love to. I am a firm believer in you can do anything you really WANT to do especially if given he tools to help get you there. Doesn't mean its easy, just that most anything is accomplishable (within reason, for example I will never be a NFL QB no matter what I do). |

I have considered starting to do some swimming for additional cardio but haven't done it yet. Instead I am looking at going KETO, which for me wouldnt be no carb but due to as much cardio as I do I could keep carbs on the lower side and still stay in ketosis. |
