I took my ex-spouse temporarily in as a partner. I fired him. Then he said I couldn't because he was quitting. He kept changing something I had set up and worked for years but he didn't agree with it. Pissed me off.

I would hope to find the following emotions in a job applicant:
enthusiasm, interest and passion for the work they are applying for as opposed to the emotion of apathy, boredom, fear or an office passive aggressive ( someone hiding their hostility using a social cover-up tone; gossips and phonies etc.) Nothing wrong with emotions. Just depends how they're channeled and expressed. This includes expressing displeasure with unethical behavior, non-compliance and/or poor quality work. |

The problems that come from family business are always personal problems, not inherent problems with operating a business with family members. Period. And you don't have to operate without emotion, particularly in creative environments like you operate in. But you have to separate yourself from emotion to make business decisions, money, personnel, evaluations, etc. Bottom line though, problems in family business are always personal, not inherent problems with family businesses. |

Jimmy has finally accepted who he truly is.
His spirit would die if he took the Santa Fe job. |

I actually found that episode to be the worst of the season. It wasn't bad writ large (it was comparatively, though), just protracted and predictable.

O.M.G. I agree with Hamas! Was that scene in the Bingo hall the best way to find out about Saul's past with regard to Chuck?
